3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Basic Use:
ECODRAIN-DS has been specifically designed for installation at the base (footer) of the foundation wall for the collection and removal of water away from the underground structure.

ECODRAIN-DS drainage composites effectively eliminate hydrostatic pressure against below-grade structures and aid in de-watering saturated soil by collecting and conveying groundwater to daylight discharge points or sump pumps.

Composition:
ECODRAIN-DS features a lightweight three-dimensional/high flow drainage core wrapped with non-woven filter fabric. The filter fabric allows water to pass freely into the molded drain core, while preventing soil particles from entering and clogging the core structure thus allowing water pressure to move the water through the flow channels significantly increasing the effectiveness and service life of the underground structure.

Benefits:
Can be installed in almost any weather condition. Resistant to chemical attack. Excellent compressive strength prevents collapsing of flow channel. Fabric ensures uninterrupted water flow.

Limitations:
Should not be exposed to long duration of UV.
